Centennial Bancorp Announces Board of Directors Management Change.

) announces the appointment of Richard C. (Dick) Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Bancorp, to Chairman of Centennial Bancorp's Board of Directors.

Ted R. Winnowski, currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Bank, will assume the additional role of President and Chief Executive officer of Centennial Bancorp.

Mr. Williams succeeds Brian B. Obie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Obie Media Corporation, who has served as Chairman since 1977. Mr. Obie will continue to serve on the Centennial Bancorp Board of Directors as well as on the Centennial Bank Board.

Starting when Centennial Bank was first established, Mr. Obie has overseen significant growth in the organization. Together with Mr. Williams, who founded Centennial Bank, he presided over the formation of Centennial Bancorp in 1981, and Centennial Bancorp's sister subsidiary, Centennial Mortgage Company, in 1985. In 1994, Centennial Bank opened a full-service office in Tigard, its first outside Lane County. He has been instrumental in Centennial Bank's rapid transformation into a mid-sized business bank with total assets now exceeding $767 million.
