Upper Marlboro is a town in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The live-in population of the town core proper was only 648 at the 2000 census, although Greater Upper Marlboro is many times larger.
, joint venture partners, have announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce has signed a lease for 89,700 square feet at Presidential Corporate Center to be occupied by the Census Bureau.

The recently completed building, 8905 Presidential Parkway, is the second phase of Presidential Corporate Center, a 250-acre mixed-use office, retail and industrial park located just outside the Capital Beltway in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, Maryland
Not to be confused with Prince George County, Virginia.


Prince George's County is located in the U.S. state of Maryland located immediately north, east, and south of Washington, D.C.
. The Census Bureau lease, which is for 10 years, was negotiated by Kathy Emmons, of the General Services Administration The General Services Administration (GSA) was established by section 101 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.A. § 751). The GSA sets policy for and manages government property and records.  and Eduardo C. Trujillo, vice president and director of Marketing and Leasing for Presidential. The Census Bureau will move into Presidential Corporate Center by the end of the year.

8905 Presidential Parkway will be the second occupied building in the complex whose eventual build-out will total 4 million square feet.

Presidential Corporate Center is a joint venture between the Lawrence L. Levin Company and Trafalgar House Real estate (THRE THRE Transmitter Holding Register Empty (assembly programming) ) the U.S. commercial real estate arm of Trafalgar House PLC, one of the largest construction and engineering concerns in the United Kingdom.
