Cenit Corporation announces Exchange Approval of Name Change.

 VENTURE:CNT) is pleased to report that pursuant to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual Meeting held December 15, 2004 the TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange

Originally called the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), this was a result of the merger of the Vancouver and Alberta stock exchanges. The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors.
 has approved the Company's Name Change from Continental Cash Technologies Corp. to Cenit Corporation.

The Company will continue to trade under the symbol "CNT" on the TSX Venture Exchange.
