Advisory Board and Option Grant

Cenit Corporation ("the Company") is pleased to announce the formation of an Advisory Board to identify and review acquisition opportunities. In light of recently announced Letters of Intent the Company has formed an Advisory Board to review IT related acquisitions and initiatives.

In this regard Mr. Tony Small has agreed to become the initial member of this board. Mr. Tony Small is currently a Partner of an International Executive Search firm and has over 20 years experience in the IT and Manufacturing industries manufacturing industries nplindustrias fpl manufactureras

 previously having served as Senior Partner of a Global consulting organization, Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with prestigious companies such as General Motors, Honda, Nissan, Nortel, CAE (1) (Computer-Aided Engineering) Software that analyzes designs which have been created in the computer or that have been created elsewhere and entered into the computer. , Newbridge, Falconbridge and Glaxo. As part of these initiatives Mr. Small built alliances with a variety of software, hardware and services organizations in order to market and deliver customer oriented solutions.

In connection with the above the Company has granted subject to Exchange approval, 100,000 Options to purchase common shares of the Company to Mr. Tony Small. The Options have an exercise price of $0.16 per Share and will expire on May 31, 2010.

 approval for the issuance of 412,000 common shares pursuant to the conversion of $103,000 of principal and interest at the rate of $0.25 per share which shares will be subject to a four month hold period.
