Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises Acquires Stake in Port Cyber Inc.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2001

Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises has taken a 30 percent ownership stake in Port Cyber Inc.

The investment, which closed on Dec. 1, 2001, includes an expansion of the companies' current partnership agreement and calls for Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises to continue its tenure tenure, in education
