 company, this week announced four new senior team appointments, building its Miami-based organization with professionals experienced in U.S. and Latin American technology business.

Zach Bell, director of operations for Cenetec's Miami technology accelerator, said the latest additions to the company's management "braintrust" include:
- Director of Technology William R. Colditz, whose 20-year career as a chief
information systems architect and business process engineer spans the
e-Commerce, international travel, finance, manufacturing and health care
fields. Most recently, he was executive vice president and CTO of eActive.com,
an Internet start-up focused on delivering e-mail and Web-based rich media
content. Previously, he was vice president of systems development of SkyTeller
and founder of two other computer services and software/R&D companies.

- Director of Business Development Tony J. de Castro, who has 15 years'
experience in the computer and telecommunications industries, and as founder of
two private international companies. Most recently, de Castro was director of
operations for Multiphone Latin America, Inc., responsible for international
development and marketing for the telecommunications and Internet service
provider company. As director of international operations for RM Computer
Systems, he developed distribution channels for Compaq computer products in 16
Latin American countries. de Castro also was founder of TOUCH BOCA! Inc. and
Hi-Tech Promotions and Services, Inc., focused on international distribution of
OEM computer products and customized multimedia information systems. He is a
graduate of Florida Atlantic University, with a bachelor's degree in
international and corporate marketing.

- Director of Marketing Rose Hernandez, an experienced direct marketer who has
developed integrated marketing strategies for the Latin American operations of
major companies including Cigna International and Microsoft. She also headed
West Indies & Grey Advertising in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was a direct
marketing executive with R.L. Polk in New York. Additionally, she has served as
an Internet start-up consultant for companies launching products in the U.S.,
Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Hernandez received her bachelor's
degree from Mount Holyoke College, and co-founded the Direct Marketing
Association Council for Hispanic Marketing.

- Human Resources Director Inelda Allende, who has directed U.S. and Latin
American workforce strategies in recruitment, development and retention for
several Miami-based companies. Most recently, she was director of human
resources for Visualcom, Inc., with operations in Miami, Brazil and Mexico. She
served in a similar capacity with Marcer Aviation, Inc. and with Ceral
Communications, Inc., responsible in both posts for workforces in the U.S. and
in Puerto Rico, Peru, Brazil, Argentina Columbia and Mexico. She is a graduate
of Universidad de los Andes with a bachelor's degree in business
administration.
