He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, with a bachelor's degree in international and corporate marketing. - Director of Marketing Rose Hernandez, an experienced direct marketer who has developed integrated marketing strategies for the Latin American operations of major companies including Cigna International and Microsoft. She also headed West Indies & Grey Advertising in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was a direct marketing executive with R.L. Polk in New York. Additionally, she has served as an Internet start-up consultant for companies launching products in the U.S., Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Hernandez received her bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College, and co-founded the Direct Marketing Association Council for Hispanic Marketing. - Human Resources Director Inelda Allende, who has directed U.S. and Latin American workforce strategies in recruitment, development and retention for several Miami-based companies. Most recently, she was director of human resources for Visualcom, Inc., with operations in Miami, Brazil and Mexico. She served in a similar capacity with Marcer Aviation, Inc. and with Ceral Communications, Inc., responsible in both posts for workforces in the U.S. and in Puerto Rico, Peru, Brazil, Argentina Columbia and Mexico.
