Ford most recently served as director of technology at Verio in Boca Raton, where he was senior architect for the world's largest webhosting platform. Also acknowledged internationally as a computer security specialist, he was director of research for the National Computer Security Association in Carlisle, Pa. and was associated with IBM's Thomas J. Watson research center The Thomas J. Watson Research Center is the headquarters for the IBM Research Division.
