Celumovil selects TTI Telecom for its advanced Network Management Solution for wireless networks.

PETAH TIKVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1998--TTI Telecom ("TTI") (NASDAQ: TTILF) announced that it has been selected, together with its local Colombian representative, Celsa S.A., by Celumovil, to provide a Netrac-based cellular network management solution.

Installation is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 1999.

Celumovil, one of Colombia's leading cellular companies, provides mobile phone services in Colombia's eastern region, including Bogota, as well as the Caribbean coastal region. Celumovil selected TTI Telecom's TCAM (TTI Cellular Application Module) to enhance its existing network operation capabilities in response to the growing telecommunications needs of Colombia's cellular subscribers.

Operating its own TDMA cellular network in today's highly competitive market, Celumovil strives for market leadership by continually implementing new technologies.
