Gordon Strachan's squad will spend at least a week in Australia and will use their time to meet Supporters' Clubs and hold open-door training sessions.

Meanwhile Celtic have lined up a summer move for Austrian international defender Ronald Gercaliu.

The Albanian-born leftback, 23, has helped Red Bull Salzburg to the top of the Austrian First Division.

But he is out of contract this summer and Parkhead officials have opened talks with his advisors.

Gercaliu is thrilled at the prospect of joining the Hoops and said: "It would be a dream come true for me if I joined Celtic. They are a world-class club."
