 are ready to swoop for Barcelona fringe player Abraham Gonzalez.

The defensive midfielder was plucked from lower-league side Terrassa by Pep Guardiola when he was in charge of Barca's B side in 2007.

And after Guardiolawas installed as the Catalan giants' head coach last year the 23-year-old was promoted to the first-team squad.
