decreased 50 percent to $3,067,000 for the second quarter ended September 30, 1995, from $6,068,000 for the same quarter in 1994. This was due primarily to the company's restructuring and cost-reduction program implemented in the second half of fiscal 1995. At September 30, 1995, Celtrix had $18.4 million in cash (including restricted cash), cash equivalents and short-term investments.

For the first six months ended September 30, 1995, revenues were $707,000 and the net loss was $5,400,000, or $.39 per share. For the same period last year, revenues were $1,392,000 and the net loss was $9,489,000, or $.74 per share.
