The Hoops' chances of filling the vacancy quickly have been scuppered after the two leading contenders appeared to be ruled out of the running. Burnley manager Owen Coyle Owen Columba Coyle (born July 14, 1966 in Paisley, Renfrewshire) is a Scottish-born footballer who played international football for the Republic of Ireland, and a football manager.
