Celtic Insurance Co. www.celtic-net.com) introduced a free Web-enabled sales service--Celtic Agent's WebLink Program--for Celtic-appointed agents to create a transaction-based Web site. The program allows consumers to access a CeltiCare Health Plan application through the agent's Web site and apply online. The application is automatically linked to the producer's information. The secure online application process provides consumers with product information, preferred-provider-organization network listings and rate quotes.
