:CLN) will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 10:15 a.m. ET, with simultaneous webcast and telephone access. The webcast is also being distributed over CCBN's Investor Distribution Network to both institutional and individual investors. Individual investors can listen to the webcast through CCBN's individual investor center at www.fulldisclosure.com or by visiting any of the investor sites in CCBN's Individual Investor Network. Institutional investors can access the call via CCBN's password protected event management site, StreetEvents (www.streetevents.com). The webcast can also be accessed at Celsion Corporation's website at www.celsion.com. The replay of the webcast will be available for 90 days. The archived webcast can be accessed in the same manner as the live webcast of the meeting.

To participate in the meeting by telephone, interested parties should dial 800-901-5231 (domestic) and 617-786-2961 (international), (access code: 81181096) to register ten minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin.

The audio will be archived for replay from Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. through 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2004.
