:CLN) today announced that it has appointed Anita J. Finkelstein as Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Finkelstein joins Celsion from her former position as a partner in the corporate practice at Venable LLP, where she served as Celsion's primary outside counsel. Ms. Finkelstein, who is also a certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

An accountant who has met certain standards, including experience, age, and licensing, and passed exams in a particular state.
, is a 1982 graduate of the Yale Law School.
