Celox Networks Names Board Member Joe Lueckenhoff to New Role as Chief Operating Officer.

HUDSON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000

Celox Networks, a new company building a highly differentiated carrier-class Services Delivery Switch to enable new IP-based network services, today announced that AT&T veteran Joe Lueckenhoff has joined its executive management team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lueckenhoff, who sits on the Celox Board of Directors, joins the company from Dell Computer where he has served as the Vice President of Customer Service- Home & Small Business. In his new position at Celox Networks, Lueckenhoff will be responsible for engineering, supply chain management, customer care, operations, and information technology.

Well-recognized for his role in the growth of AT&T's data services business, Joe was responsible for over $5B in annual revenue, growing the business over 25% annually. Most recently Lueckenhoff served as Dell Computer's Vice President of Customer Service- Home & Small Business, where he was responsible for providing all post-sale support to consumer and small business customers. He also was responsible for delivering World Wide Web support tools (support.dell.com) and other automated customer interfaces.

Prior to joining Dell, Lueckenhoff held a variety of executive-level positions at AT&T, primarily targeted at the development of the Data Networking business. He served as Product Management Vice President with responsibility for operating AT&T's Data Networking business. The business encompassed AT&T's most innovative network services including Frame Relay and ATM services, as well as traditional private line services.
