--Celox reaches 70.7% of shares and votes in Medicover

--The acceptance period is extended until 1 September 2006

Celox S.A. ("Celox") has reached 70.7% of the shares and votes in Medicover Holding S.A. ("Medicover"). In total, Celox has increased its ownership with 5,075,083 shares, representing 35.6% of the shares and votes in Medicover. This has been achieved by tendered shares into the offer of 3,819,930 shares, representing 26.8% of the shares and votes in Medicover and that Celox has acquired 1,255,153 shares, representing 8.8% of the shares and votes in Medicover. Settlement for shares duly tendered by 18 August 2006, is expected to commence on 1 September 2006.

To facilitate further acceptances under the offer, the acceptance period is extended until 15.00 (CET CET

) 1 September 2006. This facilitates for shareholders in Medicover that have not yet tendered their shares, e.g. due to the holiday season, with the opportunity to accept the offer. Settlement after this subsequent offer period is expected to commence on 5 September 2006.
