("Celox") has reached 70.7% of the shares and votes in Medicover Holding S.A. ("Medicover"). In total, Celox has increased its ownership with 5,075,083 shares, representing 35.6% of the shares and votes in Medicover. This has been achieved by tendered shares into the offer of 3,819,930 shares, representing 26.8% of the shares and votes in Medicover and that Celox has acquired 1,255,153 shares, representing 8.8% of the shares and votes in Medicover. Settlement for shares duly tendered by 18 August 2006, is expected to commence on 1 September 2006. To facilitate further acceptances under the offer, the acceptance period is extended until 15.00 (CET CET abbr.
