This textile backsheet machine unwinds the polyethylene backsheet material and the nonwoven web and joins them together. The material obtained is a cloth-like backsheet to be further coupled to other raw materials. The system is 4000 mm long, 1250 mm wide and 2300 mm high. It features an engineered mechanical speed of 300 meters per minute and a working speed of 250 meters per minute. CCE has already manufactured several of these units by installing/retrofitting them on baby diaper machines manufactured by other machine vendors.
