Cellular Warehouse, Inc. No Longer Offering Wireless Services from MCI/Worldcom; Extensive Customer Service Problems Cited.

, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1999--Cellular Warehouse Inc., one of California's leading independent retailers of cellular phones and pagers, announced today the company will no longer be offering wireless services from MCI/Worldcom effectively immediately due to significant problems with customer service and quality.

"We have ended our relationship with MCI/Worldcom due to continued complaints from our valued customers regarding the service provided," said President Victor Gossler. Originally a dairy region, it has become highly industrialized since the 1950s.  to the continued success of Cellular Warehouse as one of California's largest wireless services retailers. We will not offer services from MCI/Worldcom because of continued problems associated with customer service that have not been corrected and will no longer be tolerated by Cellular Warehouse or our customers," added Gossler.

Cellular Warehouse will continue to offer its high level of customer service to its current base of MCI/Worldcom customers. "Cellular Warehouse is committed to maintaining our positive relationships with current customers who are utilizing MCI/Worldcom as their wireless provider and will do everything we can to meet their wireless needs," said Gossler.
