Cellular Telephone for the Home Is Now Available from National Cellular; Waxess Desktop Telephone Integrates Cellular and Regular Telephone Service Into One Unit; Adds More Power to the Cellular Signal.

Additionally, the Waxess D-Mode-CT(TM) Home Cellular Phone adds more power to the cellular signal by providing up to 2 Watts of cellular transmit power. That's more than 3 times the power of typical hand-held cellular phones, resulting in much better indoor reception (especially in rural areas).

In many cases, cellular consumers are discovering that utilizing cellular service at home is more cost-effective than subscribing to standard wired home telephone service.
