Cellular One announces new aggressive rates.

LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 1997--On Saturday, Cellular One announced new calling plans and new features never before available in Nebraska, such as Free First Incoming Minute.

"Our research in Nebraska indicates that cellular users are looking for greater value. These new rates and features deliver what cellular users want," said Chip Kelly, executive director of Cellular One.

Customers can choose between four new personal choice calling plans:

-- Starter, $19.95, includes 20 minutes of peak airtime, 20 minutes of off-peak airtime, call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, detailed billing and Nebraska Toll-Free. Nebraska Toll-Free lets Cellular One customers make in-state long distance calls from their home service area without long distance fees.

-- Cornhusker Basic, $29.99, includes 60 minutes of peak airtime, 60 minutes of off-peak airtime, call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, detailed billing, Nebraska Toll-Free and Free First Incoming Minute, which means the first minute of every incoming call in a customer's home service area is free.

-- Select 6-Hour, $59.99, features 180 minutes of peak airtime, 180 minutes of off-peak airtime, call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, detailed billing, Nebraska Toll-Free and Free First Incoming Minute.

-- Select 25-Hour, $119.99, includes 750 minutes of peak airtime, 750 minutes of off-peak airtime, call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, detailed billing, Nebraska Toll-Free and Free First Incoming Minute.
