Customers can pick up the information at any of the Cellular One company-owned stores or download the directory from the web site at http://www.cellone-sf.com/html/wireless_tips.html. The most relevant numbers can be pre-programmed into a customer's wireless phone.

Customers can also receive a free roadside emergency kit with the purchase of any Duracell battery pack for wireless phones. The kit includes a flashlight with Duracell batteries, a rain poncho, candle and matches, tire inflator in·flate

                          Driving Safety Tips

Cellular One is dedicated to supporting the safe, responsible use
of wireless communications. We urge all drivers to remember that
responsible driving is your Number ONE priority. Wireless phones
promote safety while traveling and provide a critical link to
emergency services. A few rules for the road:

-- Use a hands-free device, such as a headset or car kit, when using
your wireless phone while driving. This allows you to keep both
hands on the wheel at all times.
-- Program important phone numbers into your wireless phone for easy
speed-dialing. Visit a Cellular One company-owned store for free
     programming.
-- Use Cellular One's 411 Easy Connect directory information service
to be automatically connected without having to write down or
memorize phone numbers. Calls are $.75 plus airtime.
-- Position your phone in your car within easy reach. Never take
notes or look up numbers while driving. Dial numbers in short
sequences while you are not moving.
-- Let your wireless voice mail capture messages from callers when
driving in heavy traffic or during hazardous driving conditions.
-- Pull off the road to a safe area to make calls that require
intense concentration or postpone them until you are out of your
     car entirely.
-- Keep a Cellular One Emergency Phone Number listing in your glove
compartment as a backup to calling 911 in life-threatening
emergencies. The directory lists local police and fire phone
     numbers for most communities in the 415, 650, 510, 925, 408 and
707 area codes. Visit a Cellular One company-owned store to
receive your copy or visit the Cellular One website at
     http://www.cellone-sf.com/html/wireless_tips.html to print a copy
     of alternate emergency phone numbers.
