With Cellmania's field service offering service-oriented businesses now have a fully integrated solution for field workers, dispatch center managers and end-users.

Specifically, this application will enable service technicians to maintain, rearrange and optimize their schedules using mobile devices such as two-way pagers, WAP phones, handhelds and interactive voice response systems throughout the work day, eliminating a backlog of schedule changes and orders at the end of the day. Field service technicians will now be able to handle scheduling changes and the ordering of new parts and services wirelessly. The benefits are better customer service and improved productivity.
