Cellcom Launches its First Public Speech CRM Service in Four Languages Based on NSC ASR Engine.

Cooperation between Cellcom and NSC began 18 months ago with the implementation of a speech-based corporate address book for Cellcom's 4500 employees. This service is generating consistent and substantial usage and was awarded the "Most Innovative Solution" at the SpeechTek show last fall.
