Mr. Rynning, 50, is a lawyer and associate partner at the law firm Ahlford Advokatbyra in Uppsala, Sweden. He is educated in Sweden and the U.S. and has focused on business law, international contract law, international negotiations, and has been involved in many reconstructions and restructurings of companies. Rynning has been on the board of directors of numerous companies in Sweden and internationally, both private and public, among others Provobis, Ticket and currently Enea Data AB.
