Helio's space--approximately 5,500 s/f on two levels--will feature a lounge and stations where consumers can sample its devices and services on the premises. Helio will join Best Buy, which took nearly 50,000 s/f in the building in late 2004. Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, and Paul Berkman, managing director, at Newmark Knight Frank Retail, represented the landlord, Yuco Management in this leasing assignment. Bill Melville of Lansco represented Helio. "Helio is focused on starting a relationship with its consumers through retail, and it made sense for the first New York location to be in the youthful and vibrant NoHo neighborhood, where many of its target consumers are," said Berkman.
