Cell death family wants answers.
THE family of a 21-year-old man found dead in a jail cell have
called for an explanation from the prison service.

alleged assault when he was found hanged in Walton prison on August 18.
His funeral took place yesterday.

We got a call saying he had died and offering to pay all the funeral
expenses." A prison service spokesman said: "As with all
