These acquisitions comprise a package of technological assets which will give the company the exclusive right to manufacture two cutting-edge laser products: a low-cost, high-power, solidstate laser that eliminates many of the delicate optical requirements of conventional solidstate lasers, and a laser perforator per·fo·rate v. per·fo·rat·ed, per·fo·rat·ing, per·fo·rates v.tr. 1.
