 Mogilevski has been named Vice President, Engineering. The Power Products Division, which designs and manufactures power supplies for the world's leading computing companies and scores of top brand name industrial, consumer electronics, internet and medical product firms, is an operating unit of Celetronix USA Inc. here.

As head of the company's global engineering team, Mr. Mogilevski, 42, will lead an expanding team of over 100 product designers, technicians and support personnel based in Simi Valley, Ca. as well as two overseas sites in India--Mumbai and Chennai. Igor will oversee both product improvement and new design efforts for the division's award winning EOS branded power supplies, its industry standard Versatile brand power supplies as well as custom designs for strategic accounts.

Igor joins Celetronix after 10 years as head of engineering at MagneTek, Chatsworth, CA. where he was responsible for managing product development of mid- and high-range power supplies for internet, medical and industrial markets. Earlier in his career Igor was senior design engineer and one of the principals at Omega Power Systems where he led design of modular and fault tolerant power systems for major server and medical OEMs. Igor has over 20 years' experience in the power systems and power conversion products industry.

Celetronix Power Products Division offers a wide range of power supplies from 20 watts to 400 watts that convert AC wall power to DC current, providing the electrical power to drive a wide range of well known products to include computer disk drives, media players, telecomm equipment, industrial controls, gaming systems, video cards, medical centrifuges, X-Ray machines and patient IV drips to top brand speaker and multimedia systems and laptop computers.

The division has experienced solid sales growth over the last two years with sales to direct customers as well as global distributors. Recently the division has won major business with the industry's leading computing and multimedia companies propelling sales growth by over 200%. The division expects to top $100M in annual sales within the next 12 months.

Celetronix makes a full complement of both internal power supplies as well as external power adapters. All Celetronix external power adapters are certified as compliant to Energy Star specifications for high efficiency and environmental standards established by the US Department of Energy's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The company sells its power supply products via a direct sales force, contracted manufacturer's sales representatives and distribution partners worldwide. The company manufacturers its power supplies in Mumbai, India and with a third party partner in southern China.
