Prior to joining Celestry, Chan was a vice president with HwaCom Systems in Taiwan. He was a co-founder of Cache Technology, and held a series of technical and management positions with Synopsys, Inc. (Nasdaq:SNPS SNPS Space Nuclear Power System ), culminating as that company's consulting manager for the Asia/Pacific region.
