Celestica's Purchase of HP's Exeter, N.H., System Assembly Operation Complete.


TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 1997--Celestica, Inc. ("Celestica") and Hewlett-Packard Company announced today that the purchase of HP's Exeter, N.H., system assembly operation by Celestica New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The region is thought to have been so named by Capt. , Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary
