Celerity Systems Inks License Deal With Interchange Medical.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--

Celerity Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CLRT) today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Interchange Medical, Inc, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Under the terms of this agreement, Interchange will utilize the CD WorkWare(TM) software of Celerity to enhance its medical office and pharmacy automation and information processing products. The license agreement includes a non-exclusive option for Interchange to acquire the WorkWare product line in its entirety from Celerity during the next 180 days, under terms to be developed at that time. Celerity has sought to sell the WorkWare product line and the Mediator(TM) product line, and believes this enhances the unit's appeal to potential buyers.
