Celerity Systems Adds Key Staff.

Celerity Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: CLRT) has added several key staff members as it continues the development, marketing and production of its interactive TV and high speed Internet products and services, particularly its T 6000 Digital Set Top Box and its CTL 9500 Digital Video Server. Recent additions include:

James Hudson, Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Hudson was previously Director of Sales and Marketing for Ntown, a value added ISP in Knoxville, but prior to that led the CD ROM software business unit sales and marketing activities for Celerity. He has over ten years' successful experience in marketing and sales of high technology, software-centric products and services. Being already familiar with Celerity and its products and services makes him particularly valuable.

Keith Hodge, Production Manager. Mr. Hodge comes to Celerity from a production management position at Denso. He has over ten years' management experience in producing high technology products in high end automated plants. He will coordinate Celerity's production of set top boxes and servers at third party plants in Tennessee, Alabama and Oregon.

Alice Gilliam, Customer Service Manager. Ms. Gilliam has over fifteen years' success in increasing levels of management responsibility in the customer service role, most recently with American Disk and Video. She will establish and manage direct and third party service, support, billing, and other processes and programs to support Celerity's business and consumer customers in all its markets.
