Celerity Licenses Globalship to National Pen.

Celerity Solutions, Inc. (Celerity; NASDAQ:CLTY), and Globalship, announced today an agreement has been signed with National Pen to implement Globalship's shipment management product. National Pen is the Worlds largest producer of custom imprinted ballpoint pens and promotional products. Celerity will implement Globalship with National Pen's new Oracle Applications Enterprise Management System to streamline shipping operations and effectively manage all of the firm's domestic and international shipping requirements. Globalship is a participant in Celerity's"STAR" (Strategic Team for Accelerated Results) partnership program.

The system will promote 100% shipping accuracy while optimizing customer service and support. Globalship will replace multiple shipping systems currently used by National Pen to support its various business divisions across the globe, and eliminate the need to maintain multiple interfaces with the Oracle Applications business host system.
