Celebs to Race in ``Goofy'' Grand Prix; Inaugurating New Kart Racing Game Feature in Disney's Toontown Online.

What:    Young Hollywood celebs will put the pedal to the metal for
         some friendly competition at a "goofy" grand prix event
         featuring custom built karts modeled after those in a dynamic
         new game play area called Goofy Speedway on Toontown, Disney
         Online's first massively multiplayer online game (MMO) for
         kids and families.

Who:     Kyle Massey, of "That's So Raven"; Brenda Song and Ashley
         Tisdale of "Suite Life of Zack and Cody"; and Luis Garcia of
         "The George Lopez Show"; along with Toontown fans, industry
         guests and senior executives and developers from Disney.

Visuals: -- Tricked-out, cartoon style karts (go carts) raced by
            celebs around Disney's Legends Plaza
         -- Goofy will be on hand to inaugurate Goofy Speedway
         -- Approx 500 fans enjoying the race and post-race midway
            carnival

When:    Saturday, September 24, 2005 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
