 Corp. announced that The Readers Digest Association, Inc. has signed a new lease for 18,128 s/f--the entire 14th floor--at 16 East 34th Street.

The space, to be occupied by the offices of the magazine, Every Day With Rachael Ray Rachael Domenica Ray (born August 25, 1968 in Glens Falls, New York[1][2]) is an Emmy-award winning television personality and author, who currently hosts the syndicated talk/lifestyle program Rachael Ray and two Food Network series, , for which television's star talk show, cooking and food expert, Rachael Ray, serves as editor-in-chief will be outfitted with a new state of the art chef's kitchen where Ray and her staff will test new recipes for the publication.

Located on the south side of 34th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  midway between Penn Station and the high-end restaurant row of Park Avenue South, the 22-story building contains 336,500 square feet. 16 East 34th Street is home to a mix of showroom and office tenants including MDRC MDRC Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation
