Celebrity bodies: Jessica Simpson.


The 25-year-old Dallas-born pop queen/actress has made a name for herself with a successful music career but has now broken into Hollywood with her role as Daisy Duke Daisy Mae Duke is a fictional character, played by Catherine Bach, from the American television series The Dukes of Hazzard. She was the cousin of Bo and Luke, the main protagonists of the show, who were themselves cousins to each other.  in The Dukes Of Hazzard.

She has already signed up for more movies, and her recent steamy video remake of Nancy Sinatra's These Boots Are Made For Walking became the most requested video in the States when it premiered.

FRAMEWORK

She is 5ft 3ins tall, weighs 110lbs, and is a green-brown-eyed blonde with 36-24-32 measurements.

In a recent poll she was voted the celebrity with the most popular hairstyle. But her longest locks aren't entirely her own - she has human hair extensions. Last year she had eye surgery to correct her vision.

EXERCISE

An old friend, Mike Alexander, is her personal trainer and he got her assets looking good with an hour of weight lifting weight lifting, international sport, also a training technique for athletes in other sports. From the earliest times men have lifted weights as a test of strength.  and an hour of cardio a day. "I wanted a more muscular butt to look good in the bikinis in the movie, so Mike got me doing 45 minutes a day of forward and backward lunges and squats while holding dumbbells. These days I try to work out close to two hours every day." Her Malti-Poo dog (a mix between a Maltese and a poodle poodle, popular breed of dog probably originating in Germany but generally associated with France, where it has been raised for centuries. There are three varieties, differing in size only. ) named Daisy, goes everywhere. "We have lovely long walks together."

DIET

She so much wanted to be in great shape for The Dukes Of Hazzard that she persuaded her personal trainer to sit with her through every meal during the three-month shoot.

"He encouraged me to eat grilled chicken, seared fish, broccoli and asparagus," she says. "I avoided bread baskets and did without sugar for my iced tea. I refused all desserts."

When she learned she had beaten Britney Spears for the role of Daisy Duke, she ate her last piece of chocolate cake and vowed not to touch any more fried food.

She doesn't smoke or drink.

LOVE-LIFE
