 has teamed up with salt specialists, The Salt Company, Nantwich, Cheshire, tel:0127 061 1671, who launched a new Soil Association approved, additive-free salt at the Natural Products Europe Exhibition, to help promote its use in the natural and organic foods industry.

The salt is sourced from The Red Sea and the crystals are formed by allowing the Israeli sun and wind to naturally evaporate e·vap·o·rate
