Highlighting the evening will feature college All-Americans who will attempt to prove they belong on the same court with professional superstars in a game that promises run and gun, fast-breaking, high-flying action. At 6:30 p.m., Magic Johnson will coach pro all-stars including: former league MVP (Multimedia Video Processor) A high-speed DSP chip from Texas Instruments, introduced in 1994. Officially introduced as the TMS320C80, it combines RISC technology with the functionality of four DSPs on one chip.  Allen Iverson of the 76ers, Eastern Conference finalists Antoine Walker and Paul Pierce of the Celtics and Gary "The Glove" Payton of the Sonics. The pro team will also feature Jalen Rose of the Bulls, three-time World Champion Laker Devean George, Clippers stars Elton Brand, Darius Miles, Quentin Richardson and Corey Maggette, among others.

College Player of the Year Jay Williams of Duke will lead the college team that will include: National Champions Juan Dixon, Chris Wilcox and Lonny Baxter of the Maryland Terrapins; Dan Gadzuric of UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles
UCLA University Center for Learning Assistance (Illinois State University)
UCLA University of Carrollton, TX and Lower Addison, TX
, northern California product Drew Gooden of the Kansas Jayhawks, sharpshooter Kareen Rush of Missouri, and Los Angeles native Tayshaun Prince of the Kentucky Wildcats among others.
