DALLAS -- 94.9 FM KLTY, Safe for the Whole Family[R], and Interstate Batteries announced that Celebrate Freedom[TM], the largest free, outdoor concert in America, will be held over a two-day period for the first time in the festival's 17-year history. The event, scheduled for June 29-30, will take place at the historic Southfork Ranch in Parker, Texas Parker is a city in Collin County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,379 at the 2000 census. Geography

. Last year, more than 210,000 people attended this event.

This year will feature the largest musical artist lineup ever, with approximately 40 top CCM artists performing during the two day concert including such award-winning acts as Toby Mac, Casting Crowns Casting Crowns is a 2007 Grammy award and Dove Award winning Christian band that employs a soft rock music style. The band was created by youth pastor Mark Hall at First Baptist Church Downtown Daytona Beach, FL. He also serves as a lead vocalist. , Aaron Shust, Skillet, and 33 Miles. Also featured will be artists such as Nichole Nordman, Avalon, Salvador, Thousand Foot Krutch Thousand Foot Krutch or TFK is a Canadian Christian rock band. Trevor McNevan and Steve Augustine also have a side project band, called FM Static. Biography
McNevan started the band in Peterborough, Ontario, a city northeast of Toronto, where he went to high school.

Celebrate Freedom[TM] is a family-friendly festival with fun for fans of all ages. Returning for the third year is Livin' It, the popular skate tour founded by actor and evangelist Stephen Baldwin. Luis Palau, renowned evangelist and founder of the worldwide Luis Palau Ministries, will speak Friday and Saturday evening. Palau has come a long way from his early days of sharing the Gospel on the streets of Buenos Aires, reaching more than a billion people around the world through radio, television, print, Internet and festivals.

Free tickets are required for admission and can be obtained online at www.klty.com, along with further information about hotel reservations and related resources. Event times are Friday, June 29, 4:00 - 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 30, 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
