CeleXx to Complete Acquisition of CMI in Next Seven Days - MRS and M-Link to Close Before End of April.

CeleXx Corporation (OTCBB:CLXX) http://www.celexx.com announced today that it is days away from completing the acquisition of "CMI" (Computer Market Place, Inc. Tewksbury, Mass.) (www.cminet.com). This acquisition is soon to be followed by the completion of the acquisition of "MRS" (Moore Resources Enterprises, Toronto, Canada and Houston) (www.moorers.com) and "M-Link" (M-Link Technologies, Inc., Dallas) (www.mlinktech.com).
