"The increase in revenues, both for the quarter and six-month periods," Forde said, "are largely attributable to our Computer Marketplace division, which the company acquired last April.

We expect this trend to continue."

The CEO said the company's strategy is to continue to grow and expand by acquiring and commercially integrating additional companies with e-Business Integration competencies (such as systems design and engineering, interactive Web-centric training, software development and large scale database systems) and to achieve synergies and compatibilities that offer CeleXx customers an integrated, end-to-end suite of IT services and e-Business solutions.
