CeleXx Corporation (http://www.celexx.com) (OTCBB:CLXX) announced today that it signed a letter of intent to acquire MLink Technologies, Inc. (http://www.mlinktech.com) an interactive multimedia design and development services solution provider, located in Dallas, Texas.

Established in 1990, MLink's clients include Alcon Laboratories, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Chase Bank, EPRI, GTE, MCI Worldcom, Nortel Networks, Nokia Mobile Phones and PrimeCo Personal Communications. The Dallas based company designs custom performance improvement and e-learning programs. These programs include Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), Web-based Training (WBT), product and software application simulations, and online interactive user guides.
