Celcore expands sales force, opens new offices.

, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1996--Celcore officials announced several key appointments as part of a major expansion in its worldwide sales organization.

In addition, new regional offices are established in Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, and Bangalore, India.

Robert Parslow was appointed Director of Sales, Canada, reporting to James Foley, Vice President, Sales. Parslow has extensive sales and marketing experience in Canada, most recently as Director of National Accounts at Alcatel. Prior to that he held various positions at Rockwell Communications and Nortel. Parslow holds a B.C. degree from St. Mary's University and an M.B.A. from University of Western Ontario Western is one of Canada's leading universities, ranked #1 in the Globe and Mail University Report Card 2005 for overall quality of education.[2] It ranked #3 among medical-doctoral level universities according to Maclean's Magazine 2005 University Rankings. . He is based in Toronto.

Maurice R. Thompson was appointed Director, National Accounts, also reporting to Foley. Thompson has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry with California Microwave and AG Communication Systems. Thompson is based in Chicago and he holds a B.S. from Illinois Institute of Technology Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago; coeducational; founded 1940 by a merger of Armour Institute of Technology (founded 1892) and Lewis Institute (1896). .

Ronald J. Barto was appointed Senior Account Executive, also reporting to Foley. Barto has extensive sales experience in the telecommunications industry with NEC (NEC Corporation, Tokyo, www.nec.com, www.necus.com) An electronics conglomerate known in the U.S. for its monitors. In Japan, it had the lion's share of the PC market until the late 1990s (see PC 98).

NEC was founded in Tokyo in 1899 as Nippon Electric Company, Ltd.
 America and McCaw Communications. Most recently, he served as National Account Manager at Global Data Inc. He is based in Seattle.

Steve A. Khan was appointed Sales Manager, Europe, Middle East, and Africa reporting to Mohammad Inamullah, President, International System Sales. Most recently, he was the Regional Territory Manager for Africa and Europe at Telular Corporation. Khan holds a B.A. from the University of Redlands The University of Redlands is a private liberal arts and sciences university located in Redlands, California. The university's campus sits on 160 acres (0.6 km²) near downtown Redlands. The university was founded in 1907 and was associated with the American Baptist Church.  and an M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management. He is based in the Memphis headquarters.

Gary Boray was appointed Country Manager, India, reporting to Rajan Kuruppillai, Vice President, International Business Development. Boray has extensive communications industry experience with Sharp Electronics, Nortel, and Rockwell International. He holds a B.S. from Bangalore University, an M.S. from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University Southern Methodist University, at Dallas, Tex.; United Methodist; coeducational; chartered 1911. The school's facilities include laboratories for electron microscopy and stable isotopes, a museum of paleontology, and a graduate research center. . He is based in Bangalore, India.
