Celarix, Inc. (www.celarix.com), today announced the release of Celarix Rate Explorer 8.0(R), a function-rich, Web-based solution for ocean carriers designed to improve pricing, contract and tariff management.

More than 300 functional enhancements have been made to the most recent version of Rate Explorer, including a new Web-based user interface.
