As a part of the offering, the selling stockholders have granted to the underwriter an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of class A common stock. All of the remaining shares of class A common stock held by the selling stockholders after this offering will be subject to a 60-day "lock-up" period.
