Celanese Announces North American Emulsions Price Increase.DALLAS -- Celanese announced today that it will increase the price of all PVAc, VAE n. 1. See Voe. and acrylic based emulsions sold in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. by up to 10 percent. This increase applies to all applications including adhesives, paints & coatings, textiles, nonwovens and paper. The increase will be effective for shipments on or after Jan. 15, 2007, or as contracts allow. Pricing will reflect product technology and specific delivery requirements The stipulation that requires that an item of materiel must be delivered in the total quantity required by the date required. .
