Celador International Takes Millionaire 3G Java Game Exclusively to Vodafone.

 International today announces a wireless distribution deal with Vodafone Vodafone Group Plc is a mobile network operator headquartered in Newbury, Berkshire, England, UK. It is the largest mobile telecommunications network company in the world by turnover and has a market value of about £84.7 billion (July 2007). , giving the world's largest mobile community exclusive rights to the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? game on its Vodafone live! with 3G handsets.

The game, developed by mobile games specialist Macrospace, is expected to roll out in January January: see month.  in the UK followed by Germany, Holland, Ireland, Portugal and Spain throughout the first quarter of 2005.

1. The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? interactive Java game seeks to give users a wireless gaming experience faithful to the values of the television programme, using the familiar mechanics of 15 questions, 50:50 and three Lifelines LifeLines is a free genealogy software tool to assist family history research.

Lifelines was originally written by Tom Wetmore circa 1991-1994. Its primary strengths are its powerful scripting language and the ability to easily import and export information in the GEDCOM
. It launched in November 2005 and is already distributed on 2.5G by O2 in the UK where it has since enjoyed the number one Java game status.

2. Roll out of the Vodafone 3G license will include the following countries:

UK, Germany, Holland, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.
