Celadon Group, Inc. Subsidiary Elected to Mexico's Trucking Association.

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1998--Celadon Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDN), the leading truckload transportation services provider from the United States and Canada to Mexico, announced today that its Celadon Trucking Services, Inc. subsidiary has been elected a member of CANACAR, Mexico's trucking association.

The Company said that it was awarded membership as a result of its long-time commitment to serving the Mexican market and its cooperation with and support of the goals and objectives of the Mexican trucking industry.
