) announced today the public offering of 1,690,000 shares of its common stock priced at $14.50 per share. Of these shares, 1,600,000 shares are being sold by the Company, 50,000 shares are being sold by Stephen Russell, the Company's Chairman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , and President, 20,000 shares are being sold by Paul Will, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and 20,000 shares are being sold by Michael Miller, a long-time director of the Company.

The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 253,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
